Creation of a Candidate Specification
Following this process, we complete a deep analysis of the market and assist the client in creating a compelling candidate specification (job description). The candidate specification contains detailed information about the role, responsibilities, the hiring client, key opportunities, and outlines career and educational requirements.
Search Strategy
This stage includes a deeper analysis of the market, outlining key companies to research for executive talent, and documenting all avenues that will be exploited in order to gain access to top talent in the marketplace. This includes an extensive network of senior executives, previously conducted market analysis, and alternative internet sources such as social networks.
Candidate Identification & Qualification
After identifying a number of high potential executives, Rausch Executive Search, Inc. begins qualifying these individuals to determine whether they are suitable candidates. A shortlist of highly qualified candidates is achieved through detailed personal interviews that discuss the specifics of the executive job, and explore the candidates’ background, competencies, and interest in the role.
Candidate Profiles
At this stage, a well-prepared candidate profile is created for individuals on the shortlist. Upon submission of a candidate profile, we provide our client with final thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.
Client Interviews and References
Rausch Executive Search, Inc. assists clients with candidate interviewing and reference checking in a highly efficient, professional, and confidential manner. This includes phone and onsite interviewing as well as any necessary travel arrangements.
Offer and Negotiation
After a series of interviews and consideration of external references, Rausch Executive Search, Inc. works closely with clients in the final candidate selection process and the negotiation of an employment offer. We act as a mediator in this process to ensure both parties’ needs are being met.
