Max Rausch has extensive recruiting experience and a well-developed network of executives. Prior to founding Rausch Executive Search, Inc., Max spent 12 years with Menard International Search, a retained pharmaceutical executive search firm. As Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, Max was a key contributor in over 150 retained pharmaceutical and biotechnology searches from Director through C-suite level. In addition to executive sourcing, Max was responsible for new business development, managing search assignments, negotiating employment offers, and providing employment-related advice to small, medium, and large pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients throughout the United States and in Europe.
Prior to Menard International Search, Inc., Max held key human resources roles over a 10-year period where he directed recruitment, benefits, training, and professional development activities. He has developed strategic staffing programs, both domestically and internationally. Max is adept at utilizing the latest information technology for candidate identification and sourcing.
Max received an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, and a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. He enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and traveling with his two sons, Nathan and Noah.
